Have you been thinking about what you would like to do differently in 2013? Would you like to volunteer more, read more, make more, cook more? Here's a short list of things, books, and ideas you might be interested in adding to your list. They are on mine.
January 23 is National Handwriting Day. The nonprofit amillionthanks.org forwards handwritten notes to U.S. service members abroad (postmark valentines by January 15).
Three books on my list which also include something I'd like to do more of.
One Good Deed: 365 Days of Trying to Be Just a Little Bit Better, Erin McHugh
Learning to Breath: My Yearlong Quest to Bring Cam to My Life, Priscilla Warner
The 52 Weeks: Three Drinks, Two Friends, One Year (out in June), Karen Amster-Young and Pam Godwin
Other things on my list are more yoga, more time with friends and more gardening.
What are some things you are proud you've accomplished this year?
Me? I'm proud to have volunteered for a dog rescue group, to be cooking more again, grown my business and to have met MANY local small business owners.
All the best to you for a Happy New Year!
