Breakfast and dog baths

I just happened to catch the Pioneer Woman Cooks this morning on Food Network. She shared this fast and easy breakfast that I thought would be great using the Hatch chilies that are in abundance right now.

It just so happens that today is bath day for Red and Tex too. They are getting their pictures made for a fundraiser for the Humane Society. We've got 80 lbs of dog food loaded and ready to go and they'll be wearing their vintage western belt collars.

Mmm. Wish we had some chilies.

You can follow along and see mouth watering pictures of preparation.
